Storytelling for a Persuasive Investor Pitch
Erik Bullen, multi-time founder, angel, and startup advisor, will lead this workshop on delivering the most persuasive investor pitch possible through the use of narrative and storytelling.
Ethos (credibility), Logos (logic), and Pathos (emotion) are keys to persuasion. Checking the box on one and two are easy, but what about number three? Storytelling and narrative are critical tools for invoking emotion in your pitch. Erik will guide everyone on incorporating a narrative arc into their pitch and recount the best examples he has seen as an investor.
We will also have 2-3 teams deliver their 5-min pitch in this session and receive feedback from Erik and other participants (a format that Erik has used in past sessions with great success). Let us know if you want to participate in this.
