A critical part of your brand is the experience your customers expect to have. Thos will lead us through a series of thought exercises to ensure that we have the right internal processes in place, are measuring the right KPIs, etc to ensure our customers have the experience they expect.
Thos is a former founder who has helped launch and scale early-stage companies since the late 1990’s. He has lead customer experience and product teams at organizations like Dragon Innovation, Gazelle, and FirstGiving. We are thrilled to welcome Thos!
